I arrived from Campania at the age of 8 with my family, and we settled on Milan's famous Via Gluck. From a young age, I balanced school with my passion for restaurants, specializing in pizzerias. In the 1980s, I moved to the United States with my older brother, where we managed a pizzeria on Long Island. It was a very positive experience, which led us to return to Italy, to the Bergamo area, to start a restaurant business that lasted about ten years. Although our paths diverged, I continued working in various pizzerias, while my brother moved to Florida to manage a restaurant. My passion for this work and dedication have always driven me to meet customer needs, and I'm happy to embark on this new adventure to satisfy even more!
