OUR NATURAL YEAST

"From a century-old strain of sourdough starter, following the traditional refreshment method, a piece of starter dough is taken and, by adding only water and flour, a process repeated several times, a dough is obtained with an optimal concentration of natural yeasts and lactobacilli. This dough is dried and ground to make our natural yeast powder, a highly technological product that naturally gives pizza more flavor, greater digestibility, and crispiness, even when cold!"
